Check out the latest in electric, hybrid, and advanced technology vehicles at the Ventura Green Car Show.  New this year is an “owner’s corner”, where attendees have the opportunity to talk to Ventura County residents and view their electric vehicles.  The Green Car Show is in conjunction with the Sierra Club’s Green Block, where local non-profits and businesses share information on their activities.

The Ventura Green Car Show and Green Block is part of the Ventura 4th of July Street Fair, an event that attracts 30,000 to 50,000 visitors each year.  This year’s event happens on Wednesday, July 4th in downtown Ventura on Oak Street, right off of Main Street.  Downtown streets will be closed to traffic so that pedestrians can enjoy the event.  More info at http://www.cityofventura.net/streetfairs
