Chris DeVries is a Management Consultant who works with banks, small businesses and non-profit organizations, specializing in employee engagement, leadership training and time management.
For over 30 years, Chris worked as a Financial Services Executive with demonstrated success providing client relationship management, employee development and collaboration among various divisions. Chris has been recognized numerous times throughout her career for excellence in service to clients, as well as employees, due to her ability to create loyalty and to motivate Teams to exceed client expectations.
An active Community volunteer, Chris, a three time Paul Harris Fellow, has served on the Boards of the Montecito and Carpinteria Rotary Clubs, Bishop Garcia Diego High School, the Carpinteria Valley Chamber of Commerce, Girls Incorporated of Carpinteria and the Coast Village Business Association.
Chris became involved with the Community Environmental Council in 2016 and served as Co-chair of the Partnership Council until 2021.
Chris was trained as a Climate Reality Leader in 2018 as part of the worldwide Climate Reality Project. In this volunteer role she leads educational events and encourages activity to address Climate Change. She is a Charter member of the Santa Barbara Climate Reality Chapter.
Chris received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware. In her spare time Chris enjoys scuba diving, beach combing, reading and spending time with her family, friends and dogs.
